About the job

We are looking for our very first solutions engineer to join our dedicated API team and provide the exceptional customer service that is the foundation of our company. You will provide technical assistance to end users during troubleshooting problems as well as interacting directly with operating systems, hardware, and software. You’ll be directly supported by the development teams and more specifically by the developer advocate.

What you will do

  • You would be responsible for providing assistance to customers who are using the Nuclia API.
  • This could include troubleshooting technical issues, answering questions about the API’s functionality and capabilities, and helping customers integrate the API into their own systems.
  • You will participate also in maintaining documentation and other resources to help customers get the most out of the Nuclia solution.
  • Additionally, you may also be responsible for collecting and analyzing customer feedback and working with the development team to improve the API based on that feedback.
  • Put in place any necessary software if we don’t already have it.
  • Learn about our technology and the search industry every day.
  • Evangelize Nuclia and help our product team deepen relationships in the huge community of developers.

  • Native or professional English speaker.

  • Located in Spain, Catalonia, or a European time zone.
